Shipping policy

All orders ship Monday through Friday within 1–2 business days, with the exception of national holidays observed in the United States of America. Orders received on weekdays after 1:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping confirmations are sent once your order is en route. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before orders ship from our fulfillment center. We utilize UPS for all domestic logistics and shipping. We offer free Ground Shipping (delivery in 3–6 business days via UPS) on all orders within the United States of America. Alternatively, we offer the following expedited shipping options for orders in the United States of America:

Priority Shipping – Delivery in 2–3 business days via UPS
Express Shipping – Delivery in 1–3 business days via UPS

For international orders, we ship via DHL Express Worldwide, with delivery typically occurring within 3–8 business days depending on destination. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout. Once an item is in your cart, you may use the shipping estimator on the shopping cart page to calculate shipping costs.

Please note that international taxes, duties, and customs fees are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the purchaser, in accordance with the destination country's regulations.

Delivery timeframes apply to items that are in stock and available for immediate shipment.
