When will my order ship?

All orders ship Monday through Friday within 1–2 business days, with the exception of national holidays observed in the United States of America. Orders received on weekdays after 1:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping confirmations are sent once your order is en route. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before orders ship from our fulfillment center.

How are orders shipped within the United States?

We utilize UPS for all domestic logistics and shipping.

We offer free Ground Shipping on all orders within the United States of America, with delivery typically occurring within 3–6 business days via UPS after processing.

Alternatively, we offer the following expedited shipping options for orders within the United States of America:

Priority Shipping – Delivery in 2–3 business days via UPS

Express Shipping – Delivery in 1–3 business days via UPS
How are international orders shipped?

For international orders, we ship via DHL Express Worldwide, with delivery typically occurring within 3–8 business days after processing, depending on destination.

We do not offer free shipping on goods shipped outside of the continental United States. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout. Once an item is in your cart, you may use the shipping estimator on the shopping cart page to calculate shipping costs.

Please note that international taxes, duties, and customs fees are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the purchaser, in accordance with the destination country's regulations.

Return Policy

All eligible purchases can be returned within 15 days of delivery, and refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at checkout. Eligible returns must be in new and unused condition with the original packaging still attached.

Please note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Return requests can be initiated by emailing support@byviktorija.com with your order number and reason for returning. All returns/exchanges require authorization. We reserve the right to refuse packages that are sent without prior knowledge. We do not offer refunds for shipping costs, credit fees or items damaged due to poor return packaging. 
International Returns

For all international returns or exchanges, items must be returned within 15 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to By Viktorija. Additionally, it is your responsibility to properly declare shipments for customs purposes. By Viktorija is not responsible for any fees incurred as a result of improper declarations.

How do I cancel an order?

Why are some items on sale?

We offer seasonal price adjustments on select styles to make room for upcoming collections. These promotions are limited-time or inventory-based and may change or end without notice.
