When will my order ship?

All orders ship Monday through Friday within 1-2 business days, with the exception of national holidays observed in the United States of America. Orders received on weekdays after 1pm EST, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day. How are orders shipped within the United States?

We utilize UPS for all domestic logistics and shipping. We offer free Ground Shipping (delivery in 3 to 6 Business Days via UPS) on all orders in the United States of America. Alternatively, we offer the following expedited shipping options for orders in the United States of America:

  • Priority - Delivery in 2 to 3 Business Days via UPS 
  • Express - Delivery in 1 to 3 Business Days via UPS 
How are international orders shipped?

For International orders, we ship via DHL Express - Worldwide (3 to 8 Business Days). We do not offer free shipping on goods shipped outside of the continental United States. Once an item is in your cart, you can use the shipping estimator on the right side of the shopping cart page to calculate shipping costs. Please note that we do not cover international taxes, duties, or fees—these are the responsibility of the purchaser and must be paid in accordance with the destination country's regulations.

Shipping confirmations are sent once your order is en route. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing before orders ship from our fulfillment center. Return Policy

All eligible purchases can be returned within 15 days of delivery, and refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at checkout. Ineligible items for refunds or exchanges include merchandise marked Final Sale. Eligible returns must be in new and unused condition with the original packaging still attached. Please note, a $10.00 (USD) restocking fee will be deducted from refunds on mailed returns; if you prefer to exchange your order, the restocking fee will be waived (items exchanged cannot be exchanged more than once). Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. 

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Return requests can be initiated by emailing support@byviktorija.com with your order number and reason for returning. All returns/exchanges require authorization. We reserve the right to refuse packages that are sent without prior knowledge. We do not offer refunds for shipping costs, credit fees or items damaged due to poor return packaging. 

International Returns

For all international returns/exchanges, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping to By Viktorija. Additionally, it is your responsibility to properly declare shipments for customs purposes. By Viktorija is not responsible for any fees incurred as a result of improper declarations. 

How do I cancel an order?

If you need to make an adjustment to your purchase, we recommend contacting our client experience team as quickly as possible at support@byviktorija or via direct message on Instagram @by.viktorija.
