Refund policy

All eligible purchases can be returned within 15 days of delivery, and refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at checkout. Eligible returns must be in new and unused condition with the original packaging still attached.

Please note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method where applicable.

When your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization confirming your eligibility. For domestic orders within the United States, a prepaid return shipping label will be issued at no cost to you and sent to the email address associated with your order.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date the return authorization or shipping label is issued. Packages postmarked after this 14-day window will not be accepted. Any such shipments will be refused or returned to sender at the customer's expense, and no refund will be issued.

In all cases, returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of delivery. No return will be accepted after this date, regardless of when the return authorization or shipping label was issued.

For all international returns or exchanges, items must be returned within 15 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to By Viktorija. Additionally, it is your responsibility to properly declare shipments for customs purposes. By Viktorija is not responsible for any fees incurred as a result of improper declarations.

Duties, Taxes & Refused Shipments

For all international orders, duties, taxes, and import fees are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties and taxes, or if the customer fails to respond to the carrier regarding customs clearance:

  • The order will be returned to sender (By Viktorija)
  • Once received, the order will be processed as a return

Please note:

  • All costs incurred as a result of the refused shipment will be deducted from the refund, including:
    • Original shipping costs
    • Return shipping fees (including carrier return-to-sender charges)
    • Any duties, taxes, or customs fees billed back to us
  • Refunds will be issued for the remaining balance only, once the item has been received and inspected
  • If the total incurred costs exceed the order value, no refund will be issued
